Catch one of the last chances of the year to open the Beepod before they bees huddle up for winter! Follow a Hive Inspection by a beekeeper instructor. Learn about pollen, nectar, honey and brood. See Workers readying for winter. See if the Drone bees have been forced out for the winter, maybe even spot the Queen! We'll supply veils but best to wear white clothing and little perfume. ($15 members - $20 nonmembers)

(we do not open the hive in rain or if temperatures are below 60° to protect both our bees and our viewers- instead we'll watch the film Vanishing of the Bees)
